Maintain, Diagnose and Repair Truck and Diesel Vehicles
We are a family-owned and operated business that is expanding our operations. We started in 1994 as a two-bay one-person show and have grown to fifteen bays with fifteen employees. We want to add someone who enjoys a busy, fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work.

DUTIES
- Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment.
- Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing if needed.
- Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Background check (including driving record and drug testing - company provided)
- Valid driver's license
- Previous truck/diesel service advisor or mechanic experience
- Diesel/truck Knowledge
