No refunds on shipping, special order and electrical parts. For any other refund, a RA number must be provided before the refund will be processed.

Carolyn PowellMay 5, 2023.I was having brake issues and needed a brake repair, quick, fast and in a hurry, so I could get to the hospital to see my mother. A friend of mine referred Martinsburg Service Center. I called them and they told me to drop it off and they would see what they could do. They even drove me back home. I dropped my Durango off as a last minute repair on a Friday, not expecting to have it done before Monday. Jake and his mechanics, ganged up and worked passed 5pm to get my vehicle finished due to my situation. I must say, they were the best referral I ever had and I will continue with them for any future repairs. What a great group of guys and thank you for going out of your way to get my vehicle completed. You are the best!!
