IN SEARCH OF BUS TECHNICIAN III TO:
Maintain, Diagnose and Repair Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicles
We are a family owned and operated business located in Martinsburg, WV for 20+ years. We take pride in our services that surround automotive and truck repair. Our facility consists of nine automotive bays and four diesel bays. Each shop has a foreman/lead that assist technicians with parts and repairs. Our facility employees 20+ team members to include technicians, service advisors, office staff, etc. This position is within our Diesel shop where we regularly service and repair Freightliner M2, International 4300, GMC Topkicks, Freightliner 114SD, Kenworth T800, Peterbilt 359, Mack MR and Freightliner B2(school bus).

- $52,000 - $90,000 / year
- Guaranteed base pay of $26/hr.
- Bonuses up to $9/hr.

DUTIES
- Ability to read and use scanner tool and multimeter
- Ability to read and use wiring diagrams and schematics
- Diagnose major engine and electrical concerns
- Repair school buses and other diesel vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance when needed
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
- Use tablet to complete work orders with all needed information for service advisor

QUALIFICATIONS
- Background check (including driving record and drug testing - company provided)
- Valid driver's license
- CDL License required within 6-months of hire date
- 4 years of consecutive previous experience as diesel technician is required
- Knowledge of shop equipment and operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
