We are a family-owned and operated business that is expanding our operations. We started in 1994 as a two-bay one-person show and have grown to fifteen bays with fifteen employees. We want to add someone who enjoys a busy, fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work.

- $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 / year + bonuses on sales & gross profit

DUTIES
- Discover automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment.
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing if needed.
- Maintain automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Back round check-including driving record & drug testing (provided through company)
- Previous automotive service advisor or mechanic experience
- Attention to detail
