While most turbos produce some level of sound, especially a mild whining or whistling, not all turbos make a noticeable noise. Unusual sounds, like grinding or fluttering, may indicate a problem and should be addressed.

Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable, and transparent about what’s actually going on with the car. My wife was told by AutoZone that her alternator was bad after a battery replacement, but we brought it here for a second opinion and they confirmed the alternator was perfectly fine, which saved us a lot of time and money. I’ve also had spark plugs and ignition coils replaced, along with an oil change and transmission flush, and they were able to get me in quickly and take care of everything without hassle. I’ve been to Martinsburg service center twice and both times have been just such a positive experience. Firstly can we talk about the car service?!? I mean not having to pay for an additional expense or miss a day of work sitting around! Then when it was done they came and got me so I didn’t have to add and extra step to my evening with my family! Truly a blessing. The rest of the experience was just as good went for a complete and total work up on everything. They were fair, quick, considerate and notified me regarding the one minor thing they found (a bulb out). Just really great service all around! Then a few months later I started hearing a noise from my car it was loud and I was nervous to drive it. I call late one evening and Nick got someone to check it out ASAP (honestly he tried to get me there that night but I live across town so didn’t work but still). Once they figure out what it was they told me it could be a day before he could get me in but if they had any free time they would work me in. My car was done that evening. Again another day where that ride service came in handy, Truly appreciate the service and the people who work here. Everyone was kind, professional and they just cared!
